I am currently scheduling tumbler orders approximately two months from today. Once your cup is made during a TikTok Live session, it takes about two weeks for it to be completed and fully cured before it is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it has been mailed. 

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a customization form. This form allows you to:

• Confirm the tumbler you purchased.
• Select a base color (black, white, or stainless steel).
• Indicate if you want ultra-fine glitter or mica as a base for your ink colors.
• List your preferred alcohol ink colors (specific names are not required, just general colors).
• Add chunky glitter, "sow sauce," or glow effects if desired.
• Choose a font and vinyl color for a name decal (included in the price).
• After submitting your customization form, you'll receive a link to schedule your session. Be sure to keep your confirmation emails for future reference. 

You can update your customization form up to one week before your scheduled Live session.

To make changes:

• Click the link in your confirmation email to access and edit your original form.
• Do not submit a new form—your previous selections should still be visible when using the correct link.

Changes made within one week of your session may not be applied, and base paint color adjustments cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure your final customization form is submitted at least one week in advance. Also, be sure to join the live session at your scheduled time.

Absolutely! The cost of your tumbler includes one name decal. In the customization form, you can choose from a variety of fonts and decal colors. Please note that I only offer name decals, not quotes or photos. 

I offer worldwide shipping! However, shipping costs can vary, especially for destinations outside the continental U.S. To view your shipping cost:

1. Add a tumbler to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout to receive an estimated shipping cost.

Please note, I’m unable to provide exact shipping rates upfront, as they depend on the package weight and destination."
